      At the request of James Montgomery the following Deed was recorded December 10, 1805
      Indenture made December 10, 1805; between Hardy surviving executor of Henry Hardy of Prince George's County, Maryland and James Montgomery of CC. Witnessed that whereas the said Isidore Hardy executor of the aforesaid Henry Hardy by virtue of a clause in his will was authorized to make sale of any and part of the real and personal estate necessary to satisfy the just debts of him going at the time of his death. Now this indenture witnessed that Isidore Hardy in consideration of 57 pounds current money paid by James Montgomery has sold a tract of land called "Hardy's Holley Pond" beginning at "Smallwood's Good Bargain" and binding on "Lot Number 48" and "Latimer's Forest" that the said Henry Hardy died seized of.
