Mar 28, 1761 from George Dyson of CC, planter, to Bennet Dyson of CC, planter, for 277 lbs of merchantable leaf tobacco and 17 shillings and 9 pence and for other good causes, part of a tract of land called Concourse lying in CC, containing and laid out for about 7-1/2 acres. Signed - George (G his mark) Dyson. Wit - John Winter*, Robt Horner*. Tabitha Dyson, wife to the sd George Dyson, came into Court, and being first privately examined, voluntarily relinquished her right of dower to the lands conveyed. Recorded Jun 10, 1761.
