Daughter: Elizabeth Sprigg Neale "Low Land" and pt. of "Children's Chance" which shall be sold except what is laid off for a town and money used to pay debts; remainder of money and all rents from town to her during her life and then to her children equally; the tract I bought of Andrew Kesler, 50 ac. and 17 ac. bought of Leonard Smith and at her death to her children; all stock and if she wishes to sell the latter she must get my Executor to consent. Granddaughter: Eleanor Neale, a negro named Dick; if she dies to be equally divided among my other grandchildren. To: Nicholas Shirlott, "Forster's Fancy".
