      1733 from Thomas James Boarman of CC, Gent, to Thomas Osbourn of CC, planter, for the considerations hereafter expressed, the lease of all that tract of land on the east side of Zachiah Swamp, and bounded by a path that leads co William Smiths branch, containing and laid out for about 100 acres. Thomas Osbourn shall have liberty to cut down any timber or timber trees for the use of sd plantation, during the term of 13 years, to commence from Nov 10 last past, paying yearly (except the 1st year) 600 lbs of tobacco and to plant 100 apple trees and them to keep within a good fence.
