      Charles County Maryland Will Book AH-9, 1785-1788; Page 98. Sarah Mastin's Will.
      I, Sarah Mastin of CC, taking into account this short and transitory life, do make this my last will and testament..
      To my son Walter Brooke - all my lands in Fairfax County, Virginia, with the improvements thereon. Also my other lands which 1 may have a just title to, in Virginia.
      To my grandson Richard Brooke - that part of a tract of land lying on chickemuson (Chicamuxen Cr), CC, called Nonsuch, formerly in the possession of my son Richard Brooke, whereon James Davis now lives, with 125 acres to be laid off at the discretion of my executor, whom it is my desire shall have it in possession until sd Richard Brooke arrives to the age of 21 years. If sd Richard dies without issue, I want the land to go to his brother, Thomas Brooke.
      To my son Walter Brook - the rest of sd tract (Nonsuch] that contains my dwelling house and all the improvements thereon.
      To my grandson Richard Brooke - 4 cattle, 2 feather beds, 2 sows, and 30 specie Maryland currency.
      To my granddaughter Sarah Brooke - 2 young Negroes named Ann Jack, to be delivered to her when she arrives to the age of 16, by my executor.
      To my 2 grandsons Clement & Thomas Brooks - 30 specie each, to be paid to them at the age of 20, by my executor.
      To my son Walter Brooke - the rest of my personal estate.
