      THE KEEPERS OF THE LIBERY OF ENGLAND by Authority of Parliamt. to RANDALLJESSON & JOAN JESSON his Wife the Grandfather & Grandmother of ELIZA. WILSON minor the Daughter and only Child of HUGH WILSON late of RATCLIFFE in the County of MIDDLESEX but at Sea Marriner deced greeting Whereas the sd Deced died without any Will by him made leaving ELIZA. WILSON his relict who is since also deced before she took upon her the admracons of the sd deceds goods sd ELIZA. WILSON ye Daugther of the sd deced then & yet in her minority We do thereby grant unto you the sd RANDALL JESSON and JOAN JESSON full authority to admr. all & singular the goods chattels and debts of sd deced and well & faithfuly do dispose of the same for the sole use during the minority or nonage of the sd ELIZA. WILSON the minor aforesd & to demand collect levy & in legall manner receave all and all manner of debts due and owing to the sd deced and out of the goods chattels and debts of the sd deced which may come to your hands and truly to pay debts due by the sd deced so far as the same goods chattels and debts shall thereunto extend and as the Law will charge you according to the true vallue and some thereof you having first in Due form of law taken Yor. oath well and truly to administer the same for the sole use and during the minority and nonage of the sd minor to make true & perfect Inventory of all the goods chattels & debts of the sd deced which may come to yor. possession and also a true and just acct. upon your admracon therein and to exhibit them both unto the registrey of the Court for probatt of Wills and granting of administracons lawfully authorized which touching (missing) you are assigned to prforme at or before the last day of April( next ensueing and an accompt when you shall be thereunto required and Lastly we do hereby constitute and appoint you sd RANDALL JESSON & JOAN JESSON admrs of all and singular the goods chattels and debts of the sd HUGH WILSON deced for the sole use of the sd ELIZA. WILSON aforesaid Given at LONDON under the Seale of the Courte for probatt of Wills and granting admarons the twentieth day of March in year One thousand six hundred Fifty nine

      BE IT KNOWN unto all men that on the nineth day of the month of September in the year One thousand Six hundred sixty and one in the thirteenth year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne CHARLES the Second &c, before me JOHN DANIELL Notary and Tabellion Publick dwelling in LONDON admitted and in the presence of witnesses hereafter named personally appeared RANDALL JESSON of RATCLIFFE Marriner & JOANE JESSON his Wife of their own free will have made and by these presents in their placc doth make SAMUELL PENFAX of LONDON Marriner their true and lawfull attorney giveing full power for them to demand and receive of JOHN WEIR and ANDREW GILSON of Virginia Planters or any other persons in any other place thereunto adjacent sumes of money goods wares chattells catle creditts and other things whatsoever which the said JOHN WEIR and ANDREW GILSON or such other persons are oweing or indebted unto the sd constituants whether it he by bond bill accompt bill of lading or otherwise for what cause or reason whatsoever the same be together with costs damages interest and of the recoverys and receipts to make acquittances in due forme also to reconn & accompt with the sd JOHN WEIR & ANDREW GILSON and any other person concerning the same and the same accompts in part or in all to shutt up approve or disprove and if need be by reason of the premises to appear before all Judges to defend in all matters concerning the premises to impleade arrest attach & to condemn & out of prizon again to deliver and generally to use all Lawfull means for the recovery thereof either by suite of Law or otherwise as fully as the the Constituants themselves could do if present and promising to hold for vallid whatsoever their sd Attorney and his Substitutes shall lawful' do In Witness the said Constituants have signed these presents passed in this City of LONDON in the presence of NICHOLAS HAY- WARD and ANDREW JANEWAY witnesses thereto
