SARAH BRECHIN, Wife ofJAMES, being alsoe proved relinquished her right ofDower and Thirds at the Common Law in and to the same which together with the Livery & Seizen endorsed on the Deed being likewise proved to be duely executed were all ordered to be recorded as alsoe a Patent for seven hundred acres of Land granted to JAMES HAWLEY
