      RICHARD MORRIS by vertue of a Power of Attorney from the Reverend JAMES BRECHIN, Clerk, [duely proved in Court] acknowledged a Deed of Sale from JAMES to said SORRELL to be his proper act and deed as alsoe by vertue of a Power from MRS. SARAH BRECHIN, Wife ofJAMES, being alsoe proved relinquished her right ofDower and Thirds at the Common Law in and to the same which together with the Livery & Seizen endorsed on the Deed being likewise proved to be duely executed were all ordered to be recorded as alsoe a Patent for seven hundred acres of Land granted to JAMES HAWLEY
