      Will of James Boulware of the County of Essex and parish of St. Anne, dated 13 Dec. 1713.
      To my son James and to my son Mark that seat of land wher they now live to be equally divided betwixt them,
      The one half •Of that land •wher I now. live to my son Beniamine.
      The other half of that land wher, I now live to my. son John •and my son William.
      My two daughtrs Mary and Grace have priviledge to live and work on my land whill they are single as much as it were there
      That seat of land which I bought of Warick Gray to my son John and my son William to be equally devided.
      As for the rest of my estate, my children which are at home with me and have nothing, each of them have as much as any of them that are gone from me in household stuf which I have provided for them.
      The rest of my estat I leave in the hands of my wife during her widowhood to her death, then to divid it as equely as she can among my children with the advice and consent of my two eldest sons James and Mark. If my wife marry then my three eldest sons James, Mark and Benjamine take what there is and divid it equally amongst all my children.
      My sons never interupt ther mother in using land or plantation whilst she remains a widow.
      When my servants comes to be divided they vallew them amongst themselves.
      My esteat shall never be brought to apprizment.
      My loving wiff Mariory Boulware executrix. If she die before my young children are grown up then my son James Boulware executor.
