      Upon the Petition of NATHANIELL GRAY, who intermarried with MARY BEARD, the Daughter of THOMAS BEARD, deceased, praying to bee possessed ofsuch part ofthe personall Estate of THOMAS BEARD as to him doth belong in right ofhis Wife, there being only two Children ofthe said BEARD to whom the whole doth appertaine, And the Estate being now in the possession of FRANCIS REDMAN, Son and Executor ofhis Father, ROBERT REDMAN, deceased, Executor ofthe sd.
