      TO ALL XPIAN PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come Know yee that I NATHAN BAXTER of the County of Rappa: send Greeting. Know yee that I the said NATHANIELL BAXTER for divers good causes and valluable considerations me thereunto moving and especially for maintaining & accomodating me the sd NATHANIEL BAXTER with sufficient dyett washing & clothing apparel so long as the sd shall live, do give and confirme unto RICHARD TAYLER of the said County one parcell of land contayining Three hundred acres being the upper part of a Divident of Twelve hundred and fifty acres and bounded adjoining upon the Creek of PISCATICON extending for length with the line of FRANCIS BROWNs land and THOMAS COOPERs and so with the upper line of the grand Pattent this land as by bounds specified for Three hundred acres of land more or less likewise one other parcell of land containing Two hundred acres of land lying on the South side of PISCATICON CREEK and bounded from a marked white Oake being the upward and outward Corner tree of another Devident of land, thence running by a line of marked trees by a So. So. West Corner unto a red Oak on the Hill side and on the South We, side of the main branch or un belonging to PERRYS CREEK, thence Ea. & So. Ea. to another red Oake on a hill nigh the head of a branch, thence back againe No. No. Ea, unto a small red Oake standing in the outward line of the said PARRYs above mentioned devident and lastly thence with the said line unto the Corner tree first above mentioned, To have and to hold the two parcells of land being in all Five hundred acres of land unto the said RICHARD TAYLER and his heires forever with all the profits and appertinances whatsoever belonging without the least hinderance or molestation of me the sd NATHANIELL BAXTER and I the sd NATHANIELL BAXTER do oblige myself to warrant and defend the sd land from any persons whatsoever by virtue of these presents In Testimony whereof I have sett my hand and seal this July the 27th day 1685
