      The Last Will and Testament of ANNE SMITH, deced. was presented into Court by MARY GARRAT her Executrix who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of WILLIAM GARRATT and HENRY WARD, wittnesses thereto, is admitt to Record; And upon motion of MARY and her performing what is usuall in such cases, Certificate is granted WILLIAM GARRATT and MARY, his Wife, for obtaineing a Probat thereofin due form, And it is ordered JOHN STEELE, CHARLES GODDARD, HUMPHREY QUISENBURY and JOHN WARD or any three ofthem being first sworn before one ofhis Majesty's Justices for this County doe some time before the next Court appraise and value the Estate of the Testator in money and make report thereof to the next Court
