      TO ALL CHRISTIAN PEOPLE to whom these presents shall come I ELIZABETH MARR Widow of the Parish of Hamilton and County of Prince William send Greeting. Know ye that I the said ELIZABETH MARR for the Natural love that I do bear unto my Son HARMON RICTOR Planter I the said ELIZABETH MARR being in perfect memory have given unto the said HARMON RICTOR his heirs a parcel of land containing One hundred acres in the aforesaid County of Prince William and in the GERMAN TOWN it being part of a GRAND PATTENT taken up by JOHN FISHBACK, JOHN HUFMAN and JACOB HOLTZCLAW and by them conveyed by a Lease for Ninety nine years yet to come to the aforesaid ELIZABETH MARR Widow then ELIZABETH RICTOR the said Lease bearing date the Eleventh day of August in the year 1729 and is recorded in the County Court of STAFFORD and the said land bounded beginning at a red Oak corner to PETER HITT and from thence down to a Hiccory joining to the land of HENRY OTTERBACK and along the said OTTERBACKs line crossing LICKING RUN to a white Oak in Colo. CARTERs line thence up CARTERs line to a red Oak corner to PETER HITT thence along the said HITTs line to the beginning which said land HARMON RICTOR now lives on and is in his possession To Have and To Hold the said parcel of land to him the said HARMON RICTOR and his heirs without any manner of claim from me the said ELIZABETH MARR my heirs. In Witness whereof I have set my hand and affixed my Seale this 28th day of in presence of JAMES GENN ELIZABETH MARR

      THIS INDENTURE made the twenty eighth day of July in the twentieth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord GEORGE the second and in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and forty six between JOHN RICTOR and ELIZABETH MARR Widow of Hamilton Parish in County of Prince William of one part and JOHN WRIGHT and JOSEPH BLACKWELL of the same Parish and County gentlemen of other part Witensseth that for the sum of Sixty pounds Current money of Virginia the said JOHN RICTOR and ELIZABETH MARR they have sold unto said JOHN WRIGHT and JOSEPH BLACKWELL and their heirs forever all that parcel of land in the Parish of Hamilton and County of Prince William and on the East side of LICKING RUN where the aforesaid JOHN RICTOR now lives and adjoyning to the land of JACOB HOLTZCLAW and the land which HARMON FISHBACK sold to the aforesaid JOHN WRIGHT and JOSEPH BLACKWELL for use of the aforesaid Parish of Hamilton for a GLEBE the said parcel of land being part of a PATTENT taken up by JOHN FISHBACK. JOHN HUFMAN & JACOB HOLTZCLAW and by them conveyed by Lease for ninety nine years yet to come to ELIZABETH RICTOR now ELIZABETH MARR one of the parties to these presents To Have and To Hold the said parcell of land and all the premises unto said JOHN WRIGHT and JOSEPH BLACKWELL for the several purposes herein after mentioned and to no other use or purpose whatsoever (that is to say ) To the use and behoof of the Parish of Hamilton for a GLEBE. In Witness whereof the parties have set their hands and seals

      JOHN RICTOR and ELIZABETH MARR acknowledged this Deed with the Livery of Seizin & Receipt endorsed to JOHN WRIGHT and JOSEPH BLACKWELL Gent, to be their acts and deeds and ELIZABETH the Wife of the said JOHN RICTOR being first privately examined relinquished her right of dower which are admitted to record
