      Indenture made April 4, 1767; Henry Davis, planter and Susannah Davis his wife as also on behalf of William Berry and Rebecca Berry his wife and Manassa Lyles and Elizabeth Lyles his wife by virtue of a letter of attorney duly executed bearing date September 16th last, for and in consideration of 5 shillings paid by Henry Rozer, Gentleman and also for other good causes and considerations him thereunto moving has sold by these presents all that part of a tract called "Lamsley" conveyed by John piles unto Francis Hudson in 1732 and beginning at a bound red oak standing in the fork of Tinkers Branch of Potomack containing 50 acres. Signed Henry Davis, Susannah Davis in the presence of and acknowledged before Thomas Hanson Marshall, George Hardey, Jr., and at the same time Susannah Davis w/o Henry Davis relinquished her right of dower

      We William Berry and Rebecca Berry, Manassa Lyles and Elizabeth Lyles of the county of Loudoun, Viriginia for sufficient causes and considerations us thereunto movin have appointed by these presents Henry Davis of PGCo our lawful attorney to execute a deed between us and Henry Rozer of PGCo, Esqr., for our part of a tract called "Lamsley" formerly conveyed by John Piles unto Francis Hudson in 1732. In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals this September 16, 1766, William Berry, Rebecca Berry , Manassa Lyles, Elizabeth Lyles, in the presence of Charles Blake, Mary Blake, Dorothy Preston
