      W. W. 26 April 1784---W. P. 10 May 1784
      Wife Mary Barecroft-one third part of all my estate during her natural life, and at her death to be equally divided between my two daughters Winifred, and Elizabeth Bearcroft.
      Daughter Winifred Barecroft-sixty pounds specie over and above one half of the residue of my estate, which will make her legacy equal with the legacy that was left Elizabeth by her grandfather Joseph Garner.
      Daughter Winifred-one third part of my estate.
      Daughter Elizabeth-one third part of my estate.
      The two thirds of my estate left my two daughters, not to be divided between them 'till my daughter Winifred arrives to the age of twenty one or marries.
      My executors to sell any of the estate left my two daughters that they think may perish or waste, and apply the money to the use of boarding and cloathing my two daughters.
      Friends Peter Cox, and George Garner, executors.
