      121-2 (page 91) (My Abstract). Indenture made 1/2/1828 Richard Dent Edwards for the sum of $247.50 to Susannah Burroughs all the following tract or parcel of land: Part of Good Penny Worth with Addition, Part of Plains of Jericho with Addition; part Dimond's Venture now included into one tract called "Poor Hopes". Beg. at a Spanish oak on the Cool Springs road side also a bound tree of Dimond's Venture containing 60 acres including houses, out houses, woods, water courses.
