      Clarissa Bond Key did not die as a young child as was written in the book KEY AND ALLIED FAMILIES. That is an error.

      She grew up and moved to Alabama and married Col. John HAYNES before 1820,(aka Hayes/Hanes, of Coffee Co. AL.)

      They had a daughter, ca. 1820 named Clarissa K. HAYNES who married Peter Cornelius BYRNE, Sr. of Baldwin Co AL.
