IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. I CHRISTOPHER BUTLER of ye County of Westmorland do hear make this my Last Will and Testament as for my p:sonall Estate I will and dispose in manner and form following; I will that my Son, NATHANELL BUTLER have one parsel of Land joyning on the Land of WILLIAM QUISENBERY and on the Land of my Brother, LAWRENCE BUTLER, Begining att the mouth of a Branch, thence up the Branch to a red Oke standing on ye South West and thence to a Red Oke by the Road side, thence along ye Road to a Horse Path that gose to the House of LAWRENCE BUTLER to a marked to a marked white Oke standing in the sd. line, thence down the line to the land of WILL: QUISENBERY dowse to ye first begining; and that my Son, WILLIAM BUTLER, have a parsell of Land joyning to his Brother NATHANELL Begining at ye aforsd. red Oak stand on the aforesd. Branch runing on his Brother, NATHANELL BUTLERs line to ye sd. red Oke by the Rode side thence to the white Oke by the Horse Path, thence up the line to ye head of Rapahanock, thence up ye Branch to a Oke and a Gum marked in a Branch of ye Swampe, thence to the red Oke by the Rode side and to a marked Chesnutt standing at ye head of the aforesd, Branch, and to ye first begining. I will that my Son, LAWRENCE BUTLER, have all the rest of the Land on that side of ye Rode up ye mane Swampe to ye Land of Mr. LORD and to ye Oke and Gum which divides WILLIAMs Lands from LAWRENCE, he haveing the liberty of a Spring on ye North side of the Rode, I will that my Son, JOHN BUTLER, have ye reste of ye land from his Brothers to Mr. LORDs and I will that my Son, CALEB, have that peice of land which I bought of HENERY WILLIAMS to them & to their Children. I will that my Wife and my two Eldes Sons, JOHN and NATHANELL, be Executors of this my Will and Testament whereunto I have set my hand and seal October this Second day and year of our Lord

The Will and Testament of MARGRET BRISKCO; being sick and weak in body tho of sound and perfect memmory, do bequise my worldly goods and Estate as followeth; Idem. I give and bequise unto my Daughter, BUTLER, the Spining Wheele;
Idem. I give and bequise unto my Daughter, ELLINOR, a spade Mair and Bridle and sadle, a small table and a trunk;
Idem I give and bequise unto my Son, JAMES, a Horse Colt that sucks that came of the Mair belonging to JOHN BUTLER, a Chest and a large Table, a spice morter and pestill, a feather bed and bedstead with covering and furniture with it;
Idem. I will that the rest of the part of my Estate be devided between my Son. JAMES, and ELLINOR,
Idem. I will that JOHN BUTLER have the care and tuition of my Son, JAMES, and ELLINOR in bringing of them up until! my Son, JAMES, come to the age of eighteen years,
