      Whereas an attachment was awarded ROBERT DAVIS against the Estate of RALPH EVES for the sum of two hundred and eighty pounds of tobacco and cask which is returned executed on tobacco hanging in the said EVES' tobacco rouse, viz: one room from the two upper tiers, one joist of the next room and three wind-beams and upon two shoats about one year old each, and the said debt appearing due from the said EVES. he the said DAVIS by account to which the said DAVIS made oath, Judgment is therefore granted the Plaintiff And ordered that he have his said debt of two hundred and eighty pounds of tobacco and cask with cost out of the said EVES' Estate attached as abovesaid alias execution.

      - Judgment is granted ROBERT DAVIS and SUSANNAH his wife Administratrix of JAMES ROGERS deceased against WILLIAM BETTS for the payment of Two hundred pounds of Tobacco due upon balance of Accounts regulated and Sworn to in Court And Ordered that the said BETTS pay the said sum of Two hundred pounds of Tobacco unto the said ROBERT DAVIS and SUSANNAH his wife Administratrix Administrators aforesaid together with Costs alias Execution.

      - JOHN HUSK a poor Orphan Son of JOHN HUSK deceased about five years old is hereby bound an apprentice to serve ROBERT DAVIS in such lawful service as he or his assigns shall employ until the said Orphan shall attain to One and twenty years of age. In Consideration whereof the said ROBERT DAVIS does hereby oblige himself his heirs Executors and Administrators in the penal sum of five thousand pounds of tobacco to be paid to the Justices of this County Court or their Sunnessors to the use of the said Orphan that he the said ROBERT his heirs or assigns for and during the said term shall find and allow him sufficient apparel Diet Washing and Lodging And within the said term shall Cause him be taught to read, Write a legible hand and Cipher so far as the Rule of three or Golden Rule and also shall Cause him the said Orphan to be taught the trade of a Weaver.

MOSELEY the 5th day of March 1691 may appeare, lying on the North side of RAPPA: RIVER betweene TOTASKEY and RAPPA: CREEKE, beginning att three red Oakes in the line of THOMAS GOFFE being a corner to another parcell of land of ANGELL JACOBUS and extending thence along the said THOMAS GOFFEs line South fifty degrees West sixty perches to a red Oake corner tree of JOHN HARFORDs, and thence along said HARFORDs
      line North fifty nine degrees West eighty seven perches to a Hickory, thence North twenty five degrees West forty eight perches betweene two red Oakes, thence along the line of WILLIAM SMITH North forty six degrees East sixty six perches to a red Oake in the line of the said JACOBUS other parcell of land, thence along the same South East one hundred thirty and six perches to the first station; which land being given by ANGELL JACOBUS in his last Will and Testament unto MARY JACOBUS, his Daughter, and her
