      Ordered that STEPHEN WELLS be constable for Matapony Parish,
      Mr. WILLIAM PARKER for Cherry Point, and
      JOHN GREENSTED for Chiccacoane
      Ordered that GEORGE DAWKINS be constable for the upper parts of Fairfield Parish,
      JOHN LIVER for Newman's Neck and
      THOMAS BERRY for the lower parts of Fairfield Parish precincts.
      Ordered that Mr. THOMAS WILLIAMS be constable for the upper parts of Great Wicomico precincts and
      JOHN LEWIS for the lower And all being sworn by the nearest Justice.

      KNOW ALL MEN that I GEORGE VINSON of the County of Rappa, in Virginia Cooper for valuable considerations in hand already paid give grant and forever make over unto STEPHEN WILLS of the aforesd County Planter two hundred and twelve acres and a halfe of land and furthermore I the said GEORGE VINCENT do make void and forever make over the said two hundred acres and a halfe of land from me my heirs or assignes to STEPEHN WILLS his heirs or assigns with warranty of the same the said land was formerly granted unto Mr. WALTER WHARTON Surveyer by him deserted and after granted to me the sd GEORGE VINSON by an Order of a General! Court bearing date April the 4th in the year of 1671 the sd land lying in the County of Lancaster on the North side of RAPPA RIVER at the head of the Branches of the Swamps of MARATICO CREEKE bounding upon the land of EDMUND RYLEY and JOHN KILLINGER and upon the land of ABRAHAM BUSH and by the PATH that leadeth to CHICACUS and so along the said PATH to the land of Docter SANDERS from the said SANDERS his land to the land of EDMUND RYLEY where it first began Furthermore I the said GEORGE VINCENT with ELIZABETH VINSON my Wife doe confirm and make over from me my heirs or assigns with Warren ty of the same and furthermore I doe confirm all and singular the priviledges & profitts furthermore I doe promise with the said STEPHEN WILLS his heirs and assignes shall at all times hereafter hold and enjoy the said land by these presents from me or any other person that shall claime interest to the said land without any molestations or in cumbran ces from any person or persons whatseover to the true intent and meaning hereof I GEORGE VINSON with ELIZABETH VINSON my Wife have set our hands and seals the Sth day of September 1673
