      FRITH, {sic THRIFT} NATHANIEL, 3 January, 1676/77; 4 July, 1677.
      To sons Nathaniel & William Frith my Plantation web I now live on and the Land belonging to it wth is in all 150 acres to be equally divided betwixt them and if one dies the other to have it all. To wife Elizabeth all my moveables & Cattle saving only one cow calf to be delivered to my God daughter Rebecca Williams daughter of Jone Williams. Wife Elizabeth Executrix and if she die More they come of age then my two sons Nathaniell & William to be possest wth their land at 17 years of age.

      THIS INDENTURE INDENTED of EXCHANGE made this 2nd day of Novembr. 1689 Between WILLIAM DAVIS of Parish of North Farnham in County of Rappa., Plantr., of one part and THO: LEWIS of same Parish and County, Ferryman, of the other part Witnesseth that WM. DAVIS for a valuable consideracon to him in hand paid by THO: LEWIS and in consideracon of another parcel] of land in Exchange by sd THO: LEWIS conveyed to sd WM. DAVIS wherewith the sd WM. DAVIS doth grant in Exchange all that his peice of land being in Parish and County abovesd on North side of a Swamp or Beaver Dam issuing and runing into a Creek called TOTASKEY CREEK neere unto the
      FERRY and tuning by the sd Creek & adjoining to the land of sd THO: LEWIS contayning Forty acres more or less which said Land being part of a tract of land purchased by WM. DAVIS of JOHN DE YOUNGE and THO: FRESHWATER deced, with all houses buildings orchards and marsh ground unto the same belonging the quit rents hence forth growing due to the Cheif Lord or Lords of the Signiery in respect of the premises only excepted To have and to hold the parcel! of land above menconed and sold in Exchange with their appertinances unto THO: LEWIS his heirs and assigns forever In Witness whereof the above named WM.
