      KNOW ALL MEN by these pntes that I THOMAS KIRKE of Sittingbourne Pish of the County of Rappa. doe for me my heires for a Vallueable consideracon to me in hand paid before ensealing and delivery hereof sell assigne and sett over unto JOHN SPEED his heires for ever the one halfe parte of that parcell of land that I bought of JAMES COGHILL & then to be divided he the sd JOHN SPEED to have that part on the side of the Swampe JAMES COGHILL lives on & I THO: KIRKE to have as much on the i other side of the Swampe joyning that I have already Cleared and the remaining part is to be equally parted between us I the sd THOMAS KIRKE doe warrt. the sale of the sd Land unto JNO SPEED aforesd peaceably and quietly to enjoy the same in the pformance hereof I doe hereunto sett my hand and seale this 29th of July 166(not showing)

      KNOW ALL MEN that I THOMAS KIRKE of Sittingbourne Parish of the County of Rappa. doe for me my heirs and assigns for a valuable consideration to me in hand paide before the delivery hereof sell and sett over from me my heirs and administrators unto JOHN SPEED his heirs and assigns forever one halfe part of the parcell of land that I bought of JAMES COGHILL and this to be divided he the sd JOHN SPEED to have that part on that side of the Swamp JAMES COGHILL lives on and I THOMAS KIRKE to have as much on the other side of the Swamp joyning to that I have already cleared and the remaining part to be equally parted betwixt us. 1 the said THOMAS KIRKE do warrant this the sale of the said land unto JOHN SPEED aforesd peaceably and quietly to enjoy the same from any persons that shall lay claime to the same in true performance hereof I doe hereunto set my hand and wale this 29th of July 1669
