I Nicholas Haymond, of FC, carpenter, am firmly bound to Calder Haymond, William Haymond and Ann Haymond, for full and just sum of 420 pounds currency; the condition of the above obligation is such that whereas I Nicholas Haymond, eldest son of John Haymond of FC late deceased, he did make his last will and testament, bequeath to my brother Calder Haymond, and my other brother William Haymond, and my sister Ann Haymond certain lands, and by omission, in the said will, is left out to them and their heirs; and by that said omission, after their deaths the property belongeth to me or my heirs and therefore know ye, that I Nicholas Haymond, shall well and truly let them their heirs, extrs and adms. and assigns peaceably and quietly possess and enjoy the aforesaid lands without any hindrance whatsoever.
