      MARY JACKSON Petitioning this Court that she has since her Arrival into this Colony Served Col. RODHAM KENNER deceased in his Lifetime and Capt. CHRISTOPHER NEALE and Capt. FRANCIS KENNER his Executors since his death the Space of Five Years and upwards Yet the said NEALE and KENNER Executors as aforesaid refuses to discharge her and pay her Corn and Clothes which she Conceives to be due It is therefore Ordered that the Sheriff Summon the said Capt. NEALE and Capt. KENNER to the next Court to Answer the said Petition.
