      Will of Thomas Hudnall, dated 15 Dec. 1738. Thomas Hudnall being sick and weak
      To my deer beloved wife Winney Hudnall her riding mare and saddle and furniture and also I give my loving wife a negro girl wch. I had with her named Susey and a bed and furniture wch. I had with my deer wife. Also I give my loving wife one large chist, one copper kettle, one iron pott and hooks and further I give to my deer loving [sic] all and every thing of wht. nature soever it be that my loving wife brought me when married that I have omited in the above gift to her for ever.
      My will is that my deer wife have the use of my negro fellow George dureing she remains my widow.
      To my son william Hudnall the negro fellow George after my said wifes decease or marry as above as also I give to my beloved son William Hudnall a negro wench named .Vinney and all her increese and a negro boy Jack and I also give to my deer beloved son halfe my Eoggs and halfe my Cattle and all other of my estate of what nature soever it be.
      To my deer loving wife the other halfe of my stock of Hoggs and Cattle.
      Hy will is that if my said son William Hudnall should dye before he come to age or have lawful issue then I give the estate to be equally divided between my three brothers and my sister or the survivor of them or their oldest child if they should leave issue.
      I give my loveing wife my wareing cloaths with what I have given her before is in lue of her write of Dower of any other parte of my estate.
      I constitute and appoint my loving brother Joseph Hudnall
      and my loving wife Winney Hudnall my executors.

      24 Nov. 1740. This will was presented in Court by Rene Napier who intermarried with Winney Hudnall executrix therein named. On motion of said Rene certificate is granted him for obtaining letters of administration with the will annexed
