      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee THOS: LEGG, SARAH LEGG, THOMAS SCURLOCK & GEO: DAVENPORT of County of Richmond are held & firmly bound unto the Worspll. his Maties: Justices of the Peace for sd: county in the full & just sume of One hundred pounds Sterling to the wch: paymt: well & truly to be made wee bind ourselves our heirs firmly by these presents; Sealed with our seales and Dated ye 3d, day of June 1719
      THE CONDITION of this obligation is such that if the above bound THOMAS LEGG & SARAH LEGG, formerly SARAH STONUM, Admrs. of all the goods chattles & creditts of WM: STONUM deced., doe make a true & perfect Inventory of all the goods chattles & creditts of the sd: deced., and the same so made doe exhibitt into the County Court of Richmond at such time as they shall be thereto required by sd: Court; And the same goods chattles & creditts doe well & truly administer according to Law; And further doe make a just & true accot: of their actings and doings therein when thereto required by sd: Court; And shall deliver & pay unto such p:sons respectively as the Justices by their order or Judgmt. shall direct pursuant to the Laws in that case made & provided; And if it shall hereafter appear that any Last Will and Testament was made by the sd: deced., and the Exr. or Exrs. therein named doe exhibitt the same in the sd: Court makeing request to have it allowed and approved, accordingly if the amt THOMAS LEGG & SARAH LEGG being thereunto required doe render & deliver up their Letters of Admon., approbation of such Testamt being first had & made in sd: Court, Then this obligation to be void and of none effect, otherwise to remain in full force & vertue

      THOMAS LEGG and SARAH his Wife, formerly SARAH STONUM, came into Court and made Oath that WILLIAM STONUM departed this life without makeing any Will soe farr as they know or beieve and on their Petition and giveing security for their just and faithfull administration of the Decedent's Estate Certifcate is granted them for obtaining Letters of Administratiion in due forme

      THOMAS LEGG, SARAH LEGG, GEORGE DEVENPORT and THOMAS SCURLOCK came into Court and aknowledged their Bond for the said THOMAS LEGG and SARAH LEGG's just and faithfull administration of the Estate of WILLIAM STONUM, deced, which is ordered to be recorded
      - STONUM's Estate to be appraised
      WILLIAM WHITE, THOMAS DUR- HAM, JOHN LAWSON and JEREMIAH GREENHAM or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of WILLIAM STONUM, deced., in money, which shall be presented to their view and make report thereof to the said next Court; WILLIAM DOWNMAN, Gent. or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appraisers for their true appraisment of the Decedent's Estate as also to THOMAS LEGG and SARAH LEGG formerly called SARAH STONUM, the Administrators, for their true discovery thereof

      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents yt I THOMAS LEGG of Dittingen Parish in Prince William County stand bound unto JOSEPH PETTY of ye sd Parish & County in the just sum of One thousand pounds Current money of Virginia this twenty eight day of March in the year 1750,
      THE CONDITION of ye above obligation is that if THOMAS LEGG shall for himself his heirs and assigns forever quit having any claim to ye Estate of JOHN LEGG and CHRISTOPHER PETTY both deced or shall by any ways or means causing any disturbance to come upon the above named JOSEPH PETTY but shall for himself his heirs forever renounce any claim to the Estate of JOHN LEGG & CHRISTOPHER PETTY deced yt then this obligation to be void but if otherwise to remain in force in presence of JOHN METCALFE, THOMAS LEGG
