      Wife Sarah Dameron-three negroes vizt: Jack, Nan, and Moll, and she to give the increase of negroes Nan and Moll to such of my children as she shall think proper at her death, and negro Jack after death of my wife I give to my son. Bartholomew Dameron, he paying the value of said. Jack at the time he shall receive him to the rest of my children that I have left.
      Son Bartholomew Dameron-negro man Roger and five shillings current money; it is not for any disrespect that I have for my son Bartholomew but that all the land. I live on is entailed on him, and his Uncle Bartholomew Dameron has given him negroes,
      Daughter Elizabeth Copedge-negro girl Easter, the rest of her part of my estate she has already received when she married John Copedge, dec'd.
      Daughter Sarah Lattimore-five shillings current money, the rest of her part of my estate she has already received when she married Josias Gaskins, dec'd.

      At a Court held for Northumberland County June 17, 1713:
      JOHN BASHFORD Orphan Son of SYMON BASHFORD and GRACE his wife late of this County deceased at a Court held for this County the 19th day of August 19, 1708 having attained to fourteen years of age Came into Court and made Choice of CHRISTOPHER DAMERON to be his guardian who was accordingly admitted. And the said JOHN BASHFORD and CHRISTOPHER DAMERON now Came into Court and the said CHRISTOPHER for and on behalf of the said JOHN and also the said JOHN having moved this Court for the better management of the said JOHN and securing and recovery of his Estate that in the Stead and place of the said CHRISTOPHER he might have liberty of Some other Choice. Liberty is thereupon hereby granted to the said JOHN and he has accordingly made Choice of the Honorable ROBERT CARTER Esq. to be his guardian who is accordingly admitted giving security for his discharge of the said Trust and for performance thereof GEORGE ESKRIDGE and PHILLIP SHAPLEIGH Gent. are become his Sureties.
