      Att a Court held at Mr. HUGH LEE's House, County of Northumberland, the 10th day of January 1650/1
      The Court did order that JOHN AYRES shall have a Commission of Administracon granted him of the goods of SIMON DOMEBRELL deced., he putting in security to this court

      Whereas it appeareth to the Court that SIMON DOMEBRELL doe owe unto Mr. WM. PRESLEYE Two hundred thirty and one pounds of tobacco, the Court doth order that JOHN AYRES Administrator of the said SIMON doe forthwith pay the said Mr. PRESLEY else execucon

      Upon RICE MADDOX peticon, the Court doth order that JOHN AYRES, Administrator of SIMON DOMIBRILLs Estate doe pay forthwith Five hundred & thirty pounds of Tobacco else execucon

      Whereas it doth appeare unto the Court that SIMON DOMIBRILL was indebted by his Bill to pay foyer hundred and fifty pounds of sweets well salted Venison unto HUMFRY TABB, the Court doth order that JOHN AYRES, Administrator of the said SIMON, shall pay the said Venison unto the said TABB the next years else execucon

      The Court doth order that upon SETH FOSTERs pelican to the Court for Foyer hundred ninety six pounds of tobacco and Tenn Buck Skins wch: SIMON DOMIBRELL was indebted to him upon Account, he sweareing to his Account, the Court doth order that JOHN AYRES, Administrator of the said SIMON, shall make paymt. of the said Debt unto the said SETH FOSTER wth tenn dayes else execucon
