      Note:
      WATTS, JAMES, 31 June 1699; 30 August 1699. My two sons John and Spencer Watts 300 acres on the Eastern shore; wife Elizabeth exx. and personal estate. She was daughter of Thomas Youell (will 1695).

      Thomas wrote his will in Cople Parish, Westmoreland County, Virginia, on 7 December 1694, and it was proved on 29 May 1695. He named his wife Ann, grandsons Youell English, Youell Watts, Thomas Spence, daughters ____ Watts and Winifred. His wife Anne was executor.

      3. Elizabeth Youell, dau. of Anne (Sturman) Youell, md. James Watts, whose will dated June 31, 1699: pro. Aug. 30, 1699, names wife Elizabeth, dau. of Thomas Youell, Exor; sons John and Spencer Watts. Elizabeth evidently married three times. In her will of Jan. 9, 1729: pro. Feb. 25, 1729, she names beside dau. Marie Taylor, and grson George Mullins, sons Spencer Watts and William Walker, showing a second marriage. At the time of her death in 1729, she was named Cooper. These are all untraced.

      The Last Will and Testament of ELIZABETH COOPER.. IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen.
      I ELIZABETH COOPER being verie sick and weak in body but in sound and perfect mind and memory blessed be God for it, but knowing that I must one day leave this transitorie life, doe make this my Last Will and Testament in manner and form following. First. I give my Soul to Almightie God who gave it mee hoping that through the death and meritts of my ever blessed Saviour to have an absolute pardon for my sins. Next. I give my body to ye earth to be decently buried according to the discretion of my Exector as he shall think fitt;
      Item. I give to my Daughter, MARIE TAYLER, one Feather Bedd, one bolster, one pare of Cotton sheets, one rugg, one blankett, three flagg chairs, one brass ladel.
      Item. I give to my Son, WILLIAM WALKER, one feather bedd, one feather bolster, one blankett, one rugg,
      Item. I give my Grandson, GEORGE MULLINS, one feather bedd, one feather bolster, one blankett, one rugg.
      Lastly, I doe appoint my beloved Son, SPENCER WATTS, to be my sole and true and lawful! Executor of this my Last Will and Testament and making anay other Will or Wills to be void and of none effect. In Wittness hearunto I have sett my hand and seal this 9th day of januarie Anno Dominie 1729/30
