      KNOW ALL MEN by these presents that wee GEORGE BARRICK & THOMAS MACHEN and JACOB STIFFE are bound unto JOHN SMITH Gent first in Comission of peace
      for County aforesaid in sum of five hundred pounds Sterling this third day of February 1712.
      The Condition of this obligation is such that if George Barrick shall truely pay unto CHRISTIPHER KILBEE Orphan of WILLIAM KILBEE deced all Estate as shall appear to be due to said Orphan as soon as he shall attaine to lawful! age and keep harmless the Justices from said Estate that then this obligation to be voyd otherwise to stand
