      the 24th of fifebruary 1650 Being the first Man Child that was
      gott and borne In Rappahannock River of English parents &c.
      Sarah Perrott was borne In Ware Parish in Gloster County on a
      Sunday about 2 a clock afternoone the 16th of Aug' 1657 being
      the Daughter of Majo' Tho. Curtis by Averilla his Wife, and
      was marryed to the said Perrott 11th of feb' 1672. Being then
      the widow of one Mr Wm Halfhide &c.
      The names of what children (& the Times When) have been born to
      the abovesaid M' Richard Perrott, and Sarah Perrott of Middlesex
      County.

      THIS INDENTURE made this 17th of 8br in the Thirtieth year of the Reigne of our Lord KING GEORGE the Second of England Scotland France & Ireland King Defender of the Faith &c, betweene RICHD. PERROT of Rappahannocke of the County Gent & MARGARETT PERROT his now Lawfull Wife of the one pty & RICHD. SYMMS of the County of LANCR. in .Rappa Plantr. of the other pty. WITTNESSETH for and in consideracon of a v-alluable some of Toho by RICHD. SYMS of Rapp. aforesd Planter at and before the sealing and delivery of these pnts well and truly paid 6, contented the full receipt and satisfaction 'whereof the sd RICHD. PERROT and MAGARETT his Wife doe hereby acknowledge and for other diverse good causes and consider-. ations them the said RICHD PERROT and MARGARETT his Wife at the psent thereunto especially moveing have bargained sould and confirmed unto the said RICHD. SYMMS his heirs a tract of land conteyning five hundred acres or thereabouts lying on the South side of Rappa. River in the County of Rappa. & beginning at a Little Run or Gut in a small spott of Marsh & runing down the River side neare small Creeke by a poynt of land uppon wch the dwelling house is now on together with all Tenemt. houses and buildings thereunto belonging the said RICHD. SYMMS his heirs paying to our Sovereign Lord the King his heirs and Successors the accostomed qt rents for the sd land herein demised according to the Ten our of the Pattent and Lastly the said RICHD.
