      - DAVIS's Will proved
      The Last Will and Testament of JOHN DAVIS, deced., was presented in Court by ESTHER DAVIS, his Executrix, who made Oath thereto, and being proved by the Oaths of JOHN WELLS and WILLIAM DOYLE, two of the witnesses thereto, admitted to Record, and on the motion of the Executrix and her performing what is usual in such cases, Certificate is granted her for obtaining a Probate thereof in due forme
      - DAVIS's Estate to be appraised
      HENRY BRUCE, EDWARD IDSON, JAMES WILSON and DANIELL GAINES or any three of them sometime between this and the next Court are appointed to appraise all and singular the Estate of JOHN DAVIS, deced., in money which shall be presented to their view and make report thereof to the next Court. JAMES INGO, Gent., or any other Justice of the Peace for this County, is requested to administer an Oath to the Appaisers for their true appraisment of the Decedent's Estate as also to ESTHER DAVIS, the Executrix, for her true discovery thereof

      - Day v Clay In an Ejectione Firme between John Day, Pit. and Thomas Clay, Deft. for lands and appurtenances lying and being in the Parish of Sittenbourne and County of Richmond which one SUSANNAH TAYLOR demised to the Plt. for a terme not yet expired and for one hundred pounds currant money damages for ejecting the Plt. from the same &c. as is sett forth in the Declaration, Oath being made by DANIELL GAINES that on the 22d day of January last he delivered a copy of the Declaration in this Cause together with a copy of the Endorsement thereon unto THOMAS DAVIS and ESTHER DAVIS, Tenants in possession of the land and they not appearing, it is ordered that unless they the Tenants or those under whom they claime being served with a copy of this Order appear at next Court, make him her or themselves Deft. or Defts. in this Cause, plead the general! issue, confess Lease Entry and Ouster and insist only on the Title at tryall, Judgment will be given against them by default and his Majesty's Writt of habere facias possessionem awarded to put the Plt. in possession of the premises
