      Attachment was granted JOHN FROUD against the Estate of ROBERT JOHNSON for three hundred fifty pounds of tobacco upon which the Sheriff returned attached by vertue of the within Attachment one table and one form being shewed to by JOHN FROUD as the Estate of RICHARD JOHNSON per me. WILLIAM DAVIES, Sub Sheriff. And twenty pounds of tobacco being deducted out of sd FROUD's Account hee made Oath to the residue. Wherefore Judgment is granted him for three hundred thirty pounds of tobacco, the ballance of the debt which it is ordered hee bee paid out of the Estate of ROBERT JOHNSON, And it is ordered the Estate so as aforesd attached bee some tyme before the next Court valued and apparized by honest and indifferent men for that purpose to bee summoned and return thereof made to the next Court in order to satisfie JOHN FROUD so much of his debt and costs above mentioned
