      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen. I WILLM: BUTLER being weak in body but of sence and memory thanks be to God, doe make and ordaine this my las Will and Testament in manner and form following; First, I give to my Son, PRICE BUTLER, and his heirs for ever, a Negro man called Tom and Twenty shillings cash to be paid when he comes to the age of twenty one years. The rest of my Negros and there Increse I give to my Daughters to be equally divided amongst them when my younges attains the age of Eighteen or at my Wifes decease, if before. I give to my Cozen, THOS: BUTLER, 1 sute of broad Cloath Cloath. I give to my Brother, JAMES BUTLER, a Dueroy Coat. If the Negor dies I gave my Son, PRICE, before he come of age to have him then he to have an equal share with his Sisters in the other Negroes. I give to my Daughter, ELIZABETH, one thousand pounds tobaco. I give to my Daughter, MARY, twenty shillings. I give to my Son, PRICE BUTLER, a young Horse and my new Sdale.
