      THIS INDENTURE made the 24th day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and Sixty one Between JOHN BAPTIS ANDERSON and MARY his Wife of the Parish of Dettingen in the County of Prince William Planter of one part and HAMMOND MORRIS Planter of other part Witnesseth that the said JOHN BAPTIS ANDERSON and MARY his Wife for sum of Thirty pounds doth grant unto the said HAMMOND MORRIS in his actual possession now being by virtue of a bargain sold to him for one year and by force of the statute for transferring uses into possession and to his heirs and assigns forever all that tract of land in the Parish of Dittengen and County of Prince William containing Two hundred acres granted to the said JOHN BAPTIS ANDERSON by Deeds from JAMES BLAND bearing date the tenth day of October in the year one thousand seven hundred and Fifty Six and bounded beginning at a Corner of said BLANDs and STONEs at a stake nigh a red Oak thence No, Wt, to a Beach and Maple on OCCOQUAN RUN by an old Spanish Oak Corner to BLAND and STONE thence up the said OCCOQUAN So. Wt. crossing the mouth of CHAMPES BRANCH to Colo, GRAYSONs line of the land he bought of the said JAMES BLAND thence running with his lines So East thence East to CHAMPES BRANCH thence up the said Branch So. East to or near a marked white Oak on the West side the said Branch thence No, Et. to the line of the land of THOMAS DAVIS Deced now his Grandsons DAVID &THOMAS DAVIS thence with their lines No Wt to the line of BLAND and STONE thence No. Wt. to the beginning containing Two hundred acres together with all houses and appurtenances whatsoever belonging To Have and To hold unto the said HAMMOND MORRIS his heirs and assigns forever.
