      IN THE NAME OF GOD, Amen, I THOS: TALOR of Westmorld. County having at this a time my perfect senses and memory praise God for it do make and ordaine this present riting to be my Will and Testamen and manner & form as followeth. First, I bequeath my Soule to the hands of Almighty God who gave it me hopeing at the day of resurrection through the merits of my blessed Saviour Jesus Christ to receive it againe and my body I bequeath to the Earth to be desently buryed at the descretion of my Executors and as for my worldly goods which God has been pleased to bestow upon me, I give and bequeath in manner and form as followeth,
      Imprs. I do give unto my Loving Wife, MARY TALOR, ten head of Cattle and two father beds and all the furturner belonging to the, (the remainder of this line is scratched on the film; polls and one grate Chest and all the pater and all the pails and pigens
      Itempt. I give unto my Son, THOS: TALOR,my Shoomakers tooles and the Lather and thred and for to shoe the familey as far as it will goe and one old Chest and one Cow and father bed & furturner.
      Itempt. I doe give one Chest and all my Waring close unto my Son, WM: TALOR and one Horse
      ltempt I doe give unto my Son, JOHN TALOR, one feather bed and forturner and one cow
      Itempt I doe give unto my Son, RICHARD TALOR, one kewbige with case and one Mare
      Itempt I doe give unto my Granchild, JANE BAGWELL, one cow
      Itempt, I doe give unto my Dafter, ELEZBTH:, Wife of AMOS BAGWELL, one cow. I doe constitute and ordaine AMOS BAGWELL and JOHN CHILTON to be my whole Executors of this my Last Will and Testament. Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us

      Westmorland ss. At a Court held for the said County the 22d day of February 1736 This Last. Will and Testament of THOMAS TAYLOR, deceased, was presented into Court. by JOHN CHILTON, the surviving Executor in the said Will named, who made Oath thereto and being proved by the Oaths of the witnesses thereto is admitted to Record; And upon the mocon of the said Executor and his performing what is usual in such cases, Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form
