      Negro woman Nanny to be sold, and all other goods and chattels (old William excepted), and the money to be used to purchase a negro girl for each of my sons Peter, and Vincent, and the negroes to be between the age of eight and fourteen, and the money left over to be let out at interest and to be used for the schooling of my children.
      At wife's death or marriage, all the estate given to her to be sold, and then equally divided amongst all my children.
      Son Peter-my little gun.
      Son Vincent-my pistols, holsters, and sword.
