      To wife Elizabeth, dwelling plantation, "Batchellers Delight" during life (provided she lives on same); at her decease to son Timothy Hynton and Sarah Hynton Olive and their hrs.; shd. son Timothy die without issue, Sarah afsd. to inherit sd. plantation; shd. she die without issue, son-in- law James Bagford to possess 1/2 of sd. land; shd. he die without issue, sd. plantation with 1/2 the lands to pass in succession to Constant, John and Richard Sampson and their issue.
      To wife Elizabeth, extx., and child., residue of estate; shd. wife die before children are of age, to place them as she thinks best; shd, child. die without issue, their share of personal estate to James Bagford; he dying without issue, to be divided. among the Sampsons afsd.
