      To wife, my tract called "Harry's Lot," during life, and give her 1/3 of personal estate.
      To son Greenberry and hrs., 500 A. to be laid out for him in the manner following: Give son my pt. (being 1/3) of tract, called Partnership,' and also all that pt. of my tract called
      Hickory Ridge," at the discretion of Philemon Dorsey.
      To son Henry and hrs. pt. of tract called "Broken Land, as also my land called 'Saplin Range," and tract called the "Cooper's Lot," whereof I have bargained with Wm. Fisher, who now holds it, and that what money shall appear to be due from me to the sd. Wm. Fisher, at his conveying the sd. "Cooper's Lot," to son Henry, shall be paid him out of my estate; Henry also to have "Saplin Range." -
      To son Joshua, remaining pt. of "Resurvey of Tracts' and tract called "Round About Hills.'
      To son Charles Greenberry, my 1/2 of tract 'Huntington Quarters."
      To son Nicholas Greenberry, tract "Small Land," and 100 A. called "Altogether," which was lately my plat laid out by itself by Messrs. Nicholas Watkins and Philemon Dorsey. Philemon and I have agreed to purchase of Aquila Dorsey, a tract of land when he shall be of age; to son Nicholas, land which according to agreement bet. me and Philemon Dorsey was to have fallen to my share of it.
      To Nicholas Dorsey, son of Joshua, and hrs., my right and title to the other half of the afad. tract called 'Huntington Quarter" (not already bequeathed to son Charles Greenberry) on which the sd. Nicholas Dorsey now lives, of 60 A., which tract last mentioned, I will to be divided bet. son Charles and the sd. Nicholas, according to the intent and directions of the last will of Joshua Dorsey, dec'd., and by resurvey made by Thomas Worthington and myself, in partnership on the tract of land called "Partnership."
      To Thomas Worthington and hrs., 66 AO, being that pt. included by the resurvey, which is nearest to his land, provided that if sd. Thomas Worthington and my son Greenberry, shall be desirous to exchange any pt. of "Hickory Ridge" and "Partnership."
      To sons Greenberry and Henry, slaves.
      To dau. Katharine, 5 s.
      To dau. Anne.
      To son Joshua, slaves.
      To son Charles, slaves.
      To son Nicholas, slaves.
      To dau. Elizabeth, slaves.

      If any of the slaves left, to any of 5 young. child., shall die before they are of age.
