      Indenture made September 11, 1767; Elizabeth Childs and Gabriel Childs her son of PGCo in consideration of Francis Freeland's lands in Calvert County, Maryland in the sum of 1 shilling sterling money has sold all my lands in PGCo being part of two tracts one called "Newfound {Land}", or Spite [sic Spiteful"] containing 117 acres beginning at "Darnall's Grove" and the other "Orphans Gift" containing 100 acres beginning at the northeast corner of land now in possession of Thomas Cross being likewise part of Orphans Gifts.
