      Venall's Inheritance (John Venall) 10/10/1671 - 100 acres. L14/ 363 SR 7356.
      Know yee that for and in consideration that John Vennall of Ann Arundall County hath due unto him one hundred acres of land within our s'd Province by afsignment of Robert Wilson part of a warrant for four hundred thirty acres of land granted him 6/19/1672 as appears on record. Upon such conditions and terms as are exprefsed in our Conditions of Plantation of this our Province of Maryland, wee doe hereby grant unto the s'd John Vennall all that parcell of land called Vennall's Inheritance lying in the County of Ann Arundall on the east side of the North Run of the South River beginning at a bounded Pine Tree of a parcell of land formerly laid out for Tobias Butler. Note 1: Adjoins Pierpoint's Lott, Long Venture, and Hog Neck. Note 2: The tract cannot be drawn because the course data is insufficient. Note 3 (from MSA Tract Index 73): Fifty acres sold by John Venall to John Barber who sold it to William Ridgely. William and wife Elizabeth sold it to Amos Garratt in 1710.
