      To eldest daughter Mildred Adams, negro Elizabeth, 1 bed and furniture, 1 large chest,
      To daughter Anne Viletter Adams, slave sophire, one bed and furniture, on large chest, one black horse called Chatham. Also the residue of my estate both real and personal to be divided equally between two daughters Mildred Adams and Ann Viletter Adams

      At the request of Abednego Adams the following Bill of Sale was recorded January 28, 1806
      I Mildred Adams in consideration of 200 pounds current money of Maryland paid by of Abednego Adams have sold Negro Elizabeth, 1 gray horse, 3 young cows, 1 heifer, 2 sheep, 1 S., 4 pigs, 2 feather beds and furniture and all the rights of money due from her from the estate of Joshua's Adams deceased
      In witness I have hereunto set my hand and seal this January 9, 1806, Mildred Adams, in the presence of William Murdock, James Murdock

      At the request of Abednego Adams the following Entry of Negroes was recorded January 28, 1806
      A list of Negro slaves removed from Madison County, Virginia on December 31 last by the subscriber to wit Charles (22 yrs.) and Sarah (13 yrs.) The 1st named is a resident of the state of Maryland and was removed hence by the subscriber for his own use and not for sale, the girl was obtained by the subscriber by intermarriage with Mary Burroughs of Stafford County in the state of Virginia. Given under my hand and seal this 28th day of July 1806. Abednego Adams
