To son Richard Beavin, 100 acres of land part of tract "Hickory Thickett" and part of tract "Huckleberry Swamp", also part of tract "Drum Head". Also negroes, Charity, Rachel, Lucy and David, 1 cow, 1 black horse colt, 1 yoke oxen, and 1 pair cart wheels.
To housekeeper Sarah Thomas, 1 cow and calf.
Item: Negro Aaron, the balance of stock and all my household furniture to be sold at public sale to satisfy debts and the monies left equally divided between sons Charles Beavin and John Beavin and Elizabeth Saucer and Mary Carter.
