To children, Mary Luckett, John Griffin, James Griffin, Elizabeth Stacy {Annastasia} Nelson, Linney Robey, Chloe Philbert and daughter in law, Ann Griffin, all the remainder of my whole estate real and personal
It is my will that Joseph Philbert have no claim or profit in or to any part of Chloe Philberts proportion of my estate. But my executor pays her in small quantity for the support of herself and children as he thinks proper.

At the request of William Robey, the following Power of Attorney was recorded May 13,1800
This is to certify that I have this day appointed my brother William Robey my lawful attorney to act for me. At the same time I give hem full power to make a settlement with Liddy Robey my mother with whom I lived last year say the present year and whatever he may agree with my mother Liddy Robey respecting an allowance for my services as overseer from January 1, 1799 until the present date. Signed Thomas Robey on September 2, 1799 in the presence of Gerrard Briscoe and acknowledge before Daniel Jenifer on May 13, 1800
