      I, Priscilla Franklin of CC being of sound and perfect mind and memory
      To grandson, James Franklin son of Zephaniah Franklin, tract of land I purchased of William Hodgson called Moulds Venture.
      To son Zephaniah Franklin, negro man Oston provided he pay unto my daughter Ann Haislip the sum of eight hundred pounds of crop tobacco.
      To daughter Ann Haislip the sum of ten pounds current money to be paid to her at such time as the Zephaniah Franklin shall think she is in want of it.
      To my son Hezekiah Franklin, negro Pomphry, and twenty pounds current money.
      To son Zephaniah Franklin, negro man John and all the blacksmiths tools that be in the shop at the time of my death.
      To granddaughter Catharine Miller, negro boy Benjamin, and my bed and furniture and a chest which is at John Haislip.
      To sister Francis Boucher, negro boy Robert, a bed and furniture, my horse which I ride., one cow and calf, one pewter dish, half a dozen plaits, one iron pott, and hooks, a frying pann, one pewter bason, one sow and pigs, and five pounds current money.
      To granddaughter Francis Burgess, negro girl Sarah, a bed and furniture, a cow and calf, a small chest, a dish, one bason, ½ dozen plates, eight pounds current money.
      To granddaughter Priscilla Lomax, five pounds current money.
      To grandson Thomas Burgess, twelve pounds current money.
      To my four children, Hezekiah Franklin, Zephaniah Franklin, Francis Boucher Franklin and Benedicta Gray, remainer of my estate not mentioned in my will.
