Elizabeth Beck was alive in 1704 when Richard Nelson and his wife, Mary, purchased Elizabeth and Margaret's portion of the tract of land known as 'Howland'.

To wife Susanna, extx., dwelling plantation, being part of "Westwood Mannor," to dispose of as she thinks best; rest of plantation where John Webb now lives, sd. wife to pay for schooling for one yr. of one of William Johnson's child. and one of Francis Parker's, until George, son of Henry Brett, arrives at age of 21; certain personalty during life, to pass to William, son of Richard and Elizabeth Wainwright.
To Richard, son of Henry Brett,, and hrs., "Brett's Discovery," he dying without issue to pass to George, son of Henry Brett, and hrs., he failing issue to next Brett that can be found; and personalty.
William Wainwright afsd and hrs., 100 A. where John Webb lives adjoining land belonging to Richard 'Wainwright, sd. Wm. dying without issue to pass to next hrs. of the Bretts.
To George Brett afsd. and hrs., "Chosan," 100 A. where John Webb lives; and personalty.
To brother Richard, Susannah Hoult, John Roase, John son of John Haw, personalty, some of which desc. as in possession of Charles Apleby.
Brother Richard to be guardian to Richard and George Brett; should he die they are to choose some other, but not Francis Meek, who is to have nothing to do with their portion of estate. Richard Wainwright to be guardian to his son, 1/2 residue of estate to wife afsd., remaining half to be divided between Richard and George, sons of Henry Brett and William Wainwright afsd.
