I, John Franklin Gray of CC, being sick and weak of body, but of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To brother Alexander Gray, my plantation whereon I now reside, commonly called and known by the name of "Chinguipin"together with 88 acres of land adjoin which I bought of Robert Fergusson being part of a tract of land called "Middleton Resurveyed". Alson negroes Jess (carpenter), Jacob, Rose and Dianna.
To brother Robert Gray, a tract called "The Mansion" containing 116 acres.
To Joseph Gray, Benedicta Gray and Matilda Gray, children of brother Robert Gray, my tract of land called "Double Trouble Resurveyed" together with 91 acres adjoining which I purchased of the heirs of Joseph Young deceased being a part of a tract called "The Three Sisters".
To brother Joseph Gray, all the monies due by him to me on mortgate bond note or otherwise.
To children of sister Priscilla McConnell 2,000 dollars.
To children of sister Elizabeth Grim 1,000 dollars.
Item: the balance and residue of my estate equally divided in three part, 1/3 to brother Robert Gray, 1/3 to the children of brother Joseph Gray and 1/3 to the children of my sister Elizabeth Grim
