I, George Boswell of CC being in an imperfect state of health but of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding
To daughter Sarah Acton, five shillings and no more.
To son Josias Boswell, five shillings and no more
To daughter Milly Acton, five shillings and no more
To son Elijah Boswell, five shillings and no more
To son Walter Boswell, five shillings and no more
To daughter Elizabeth Marlow, five shillings and no more
To son Rhody Boswell, negro Tom
To daughter Mary Boswell, negroes Ben and Sarah, one desk and the feather bed she at the present makes use of.
To wife Mary Ann Boswell, all my right, title and interest on and to a lease of the plantation I now live on and all the remaining part of my personal estate, and after her death or marriage to be divided in the following manner, to wit; the lease for the plantation I now live on and one of the best horses or mares to son Rhody Boswell and the remainer of the property to be equally divided between my two children, Rhody Boswell and Mary Boswell
