I, Edward Welch of CC, being in perfect health of body and of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding;
To wife Teresa Welch, the use of the whole of my property during her natural or single life except as devised as follows:
To son William Welch, my young gray mare, my ox cart and 1 yoke of steers.
To son Richard Welch 1 feather bead.
To grandson Benjamin Welch son of Ann Welch, my horse colt and 1 feather bed.
Item: after the death or marriage of my wife, the whole of my estate to my children; Joseph Welch, William Welch, Edward Welch, Richard Welch, Ann Welch, Eleanor Welch and daughter Mary Clements Welch. If daughter Mary Clements Welch should die without issue, then her part to fall to the rest equally. Son Edward Welch to have management of the division.
