I, Joseph Mattingly of CC, being in infirm health but sound mind, memory and judgment;
Debts to be paid out of my crop, household furniture, horses and cattle.
To wife Monica Mattingly, negro Beck and all property I may die possessed of after debts.

and Thomas Maryman (Chr. of SM).
5/23/1807, Federal Gazette: This is to give notice that the subscriber, of St. Mary's county, has obtained from the Orphan's Court of Charles county, Maryland, letters of administration on the personal estate of Joseph Mattingly, late of Charles county, dec'd, etc. Zachariah Mattingly, 5/18/1807.
Joseph wasn't named in the will of Ignatius in 1807 but he was deceased by then.
Thomas Maryman married Elizabeth Daft.
Ignatius Mattingly III married Mary Daft.
The Daft girls were the children of John Baptist Daft and Ann (Anna) Spalding.
